Sanjay Sharma
Chairman
Sanjay has been part of the manufacturing fraternity for almost 30 years now starting his career by setting up a plywood manufacturing plant in Srinagar. Diversifying into sheet metal trading and many ventures, Sanjay established LongLasst in 2014 by setting up the glass processing plant in New Delhi and Sheet Metal Fabrication plant in Kundli, Haryana. Under his leadership and great understanding of Finance, he has set up 6 companies and expanded the LongLasst set up outside India in Singapore, Dubai & Qatar as well. He delegates authority to train team members & ensure that they perform and do their best in achieving their tasks. He is a firm believer of Quality and therefore keeps working on the improvement of Plant and Machinery to deliver best products to the customers. Sanjay practices the proverb “Action speaks lounder than words” and firmly believes that brand value is created only through customer satisfaction.
Shantanu Kathuria
Director – Sales
Shantanu is an astute strategist who believes in team work. He is intrigued by technological products and advancements in the Fire Security Domain. He holds a PGDM from IMI, New Delhi and has done a Leadership Program from IIM, Lucknow. He is the former Director of Katsun Automation Pvt Ltd, and worked for 16 years in the Building Automation industry where he established the vertical focussing on SIEMENS BT products & EATON UPS Systems. Shantanu is the brain behind the launch of ENTRADA range under LongLasst banner. He has worked on the product line closely and bagged many prestigious projects that have secured Public Transportation (Airport/Metro/BRTS), IT Data Centres, Manufacturing & many reputed Corporate facilities. Shantanu goes out on the field having “customer first attitude” approach to ensure that the solution provided creates true value to his clients.
Vaibhav Sharma
Director – Operations
Vaibhav is young and dynamic leader heading the overall operations for LongLasst. This young lad is a Masscom graduate from IP University and is super at keeping public relations. He has gained on the job operations experience and overseeing the production of Sheet Metal plant in Kundli for the last 5 years. He digs deep into design as well and has been able to make the first Platform Screen Door for Metro application as Make in India initiative. He has maintained the quality parameters and believes in delivering the best product backed with super after sales support. Vaibhav is an agile leader who believes that “Progress is impossible without the ability to admit mistakes.”
